Paper cards…. Well, I adore sending the traditional paper cards. There’s just something about sending a beloved friend or family member a personally handwritten holiday card. Plus for the older family members who don’t have internet or just don’t get a lot of mail, a paper card is definitely the right thing for them.
Calendar: It is imperative that you have a calendar, October – January, so that you can begin to budget your time. As you receive party invitations, notices of kids’ activities, plans for family gatherings and announcement of church happenings write them on your calendar. This is also the place to schedule those holiday pictures, buying/ordering and sending holiday cards, and shopping. It should be used in conjunction with the family calendar so nothing important slips through the cracks.
Example: You are unemployed and on you’re way to apply for a new job. You lost count how many times and your subconscious tells you; “It will be like the last time and the once before”. Do you enter the room with your shoulders right and the necessary enthusiasm to get the job? Or do you unconscious deprive yourself from this opportunity? Does your intuition gives you a clear view? A positive mindset can be very powerful. I’ve seen this happening to a friend of mine, 62 years and unemployed for over three years. “Do something positive in your life”, I told him. “Do your own radio show like you used to do”. After a couple of weeks he was enthusiastically preparing for a new show, and even before it all started he was hired for a new job! Coincidence? I don’t think so!
We all get a kick out of looking at pictures of ourselves from ten or twenty years ago when we were “cool”. Want to give your kids a good laugh? Show them pictures of you and your cool clothes and hairstyles from “back in the day”.
All cameras have limitations and this can be no exception. However it’ll get you an excellent photo most of the time. The wide angle to long telephoto range is why I bought my first Lumix. This flexibility makes with regard to great travel pictures. I did alongside comparisons of the Sony, Canon, Nikon and the first Lumix in the store and then we printed them out then and there. If you are browsing websites for travel pictures you will find hundreds among which is random travel pics. No comparability. No ghosting, better color correction, superior macro. And I favor the ergonomics. I always area the wrist band over my wrist and hold onto the camera with fingers and pad of thumb and it feels secure. Some on the ultra small cameras are nearly too small for me.
Scrapbooking- Looking over family and summer vacation pictures are a good way to spend quality time together. The most creative way to share these memories is to teach your child to scrapbook. Give them a few of their favorite photos and let them create a page of their own.
Don’t forget the necessities. Remember to charge your camera’s batteries at night or when it’s not in use. Also try to carry extra memory cards with you to ensure you have enough room for all the photos you may take.Compression Packing Travel Storage Bags Extensible Cube Luggage Organizer Set
